Uzo Nwadugbo serves as the Executive Director of The Black Neighborhood organization, established in 2016. He was born and raised in East (got to be specific!) Oakland, California and always had a passion for giving back to others from a young age.
He went to Skyline High School and from there went on to get his BA in Communications at San Jose State University. He along with five other liked minded friends started The Black Neighborhood out of tragedy and now it's programs include educational scholarships for college students, meditative outdoor hikes, food + clothing giveaways and more!
